Where they work
Where metal wall panels work best.
Fire surrounds
A gold or bronze frame around an electric fire, on an A1 board.
Lit niches and shelving
Metal behind a lit shelf throws warm light back into the room.
Bars and restaurants
Copper and bronze bar fronts and back walls that wipe clean.
Reception and retail
A brushed metal desk front or feature wall that reads as premium.
Accent strips
Narrow vertical strips between marble panels on a TV wall.
Bedrooms
A champagne gold headboard wall for a hotel-style bedroom.
Are these solid metal wall panels?
No. They are metallic finish wall panels: a metal-look face on a Carbon Rock Board core. They cut, fix and trim like the rest of the range, weigh far less than sheet metal and carry the same A1 fire rating.
How much do metal wall panels cost?
£232 a 1220 × 2400mm board ex VAT, under £80 per m². A gold or copper board costs the same as any other finish.
Which metal finishes are there?
Champagne gold, antique copper, brushed copper, urban bronze, brushed bronze, bronze satin, brushed silver, satin titanium, cobalt satin and a steel shine mosaic.
Where do gold and copper wall panels work best?
In small doses: a strip framing a fire, the back of a lit niche, a bar front or a reception desk. A whole wall of metal is a lot to live with at home; one accent panel is usually enough.
Can I mix metal panels with marble?
Yes, and it is a common pairing on our media walls. Match warm with warm (champagne gold with white and gold marble) and cool with cool (brushed silver with grey marble).
Are metal wall panels fire rated?
Carbon Rock Board is A1, non-combustible, so a metal finish board is fine around an electric fire.
