Each column is machined, finished and wired in our factory, then arrives ready to fit around the bed you already own. The 600 and 800mm columns are drawn below. Only the width changes between them.

A finished column each side of the bed carrying lit shelves, power sockets, phone charging, sound and light control. They are sold as a pair, one each side, with an optional upholstered headboard between them. Together they are what we call the Bedside Smart Columns.
The Caledonian Bedside Smart Column is priced per pair, including a 20% promotional discount. A 400mm pair is Lite £1,600 + VAT, Plus £1,750 + VAT and Sound £2,150 + VAT. A 600mm pair is Lite £2,150 + VAT, Plus £2,300 + VAT and Sound £2,700 + VAT. An 800mm pair is Lite £2,700 + VAT, Plus £2,850 + VAT and Sound £3,250 + VAT. Delivery, in custom-made wooden boxes, is £165 + VAT per order.
Measure the wall either side of your bed. The 400mm column is the original and suits most bedrooms. The 600mm column gives each side more room. The 800mm column is too big for most bedrooms, so it suits larger rooms and hotels. Every width comes in the same three models with the same options at the same prices. Not sure? Caledonian Lite has one lit upper shelf on each column. Caledonian Plus adds a lit lower shelf and an internal shelf socket on each column. Caledonian Sound is Caledonian Plus with smart speakers in place of the upper shelf. Every pair runs its shelf lights from one smart switch.
Sockets are £75 on one column or £140 on both (£85 and £150 with USB-C) on every model. Caledonian Lite can add a matching stand-alone drawer cabinet at £145, or £330 for a pair. Caledonian Plus and Sound can add an integrated drawer pack at £270 for one column or £450 for both, a magnetic phone charger in the drawer at £132 each, reading lights at £85 each and a smart switch on both columns for £95. Caledonian Sound can also take a wall panel in place of the switch on one column for £375. All prices plus VAT.
