What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, material failures and workmanship issues: premature fading, electronic faults in smart walls, adhesion failures and structural panel defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse and user-caused cosmetic damage are excluded.
What is excluded?
Accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme conditions, third-party modifications, vandalism and damage from inappropriate cleaning products.
Can I transfer the warranty to a new owner?
Yes. Register the transfer within 30 days of the property sale with proof of purchase and transfer documents.
How do I make a claim?
Email stephen@thewallshop.co.uk with your order reference, photographs and a description. We aim to respond within two working days and, where a site visit is needed, to schedule it within ten.
Are extended plans available?
Where available, extended plans can be purchased within the first year of installation to add up to one additional year, including priority service and an annual check.
