Almost every living room enquiry we take is one of these three. None of them start with wanting a smart home.
A television on brackets, a trailing cable, a radiator in the wrong place and nowhere to put anything. The furniture is fine. The wall behind it is what makes the room look unfinished.
A new television, a fire, a sound system, or a room that has just been decorated. The wall is the last decision and the one that ties the rest together.
Most people do not avoid a media wall because of the price. They avoid it because of two weeks of dust, trades and a room they cannot use.

Why factory-built
Framed in aluminium, wired, finished and tested in our Glasgow workshop. What reaches your living room is complete.
Typically two to four hours for a standard wall, subject to survey. No chasing, no plaster, no drying time.
Power, HDMI, aerial and speaker runs sit inside the frame, with access left where you will actually need it.
Modules come apart. A failed driver, a new television or a different soundbar does not mean rebuilding the wall.
No sequencing a joiner, a plasterer, a decorator and an electrician around each other and around you.
Stone, marble, wood, metal, mirror and fabric, coordinated across every module rather than mixed on site.
Anatomy
Carry the TV bracket and the electric fire. One for TV only; two for TV and fire.

“Just the wall” is a perfectly good answer, and it is the one a lot of our living room customers give. We ask before we suggest a single device.

The wall is priced by area. Installation is priced by module count. Delivery is a flat line. Accessories are itemised from the catalogue. Nothing is hidden inside a lump sum.

Soundbar bays under the screen, active speaker enclosures in the side modules, and central speaker plus subwoofer configurations for cinema rooms. All wiring inside the frame.

We come back with layouts and an indicative price from the same engine our team quotes from, itemised ex and inc VAT.
Before anything is manufactured, a survey checks the structure, the electrics and the exact dimensions, and the price is confirmed in writing.
Six to eight weeks in the workshop from deposit, then two to four hours in your living room.

Straight answers
All five of these come up constantly. None of them is an awkward question.
Some media walls are timber and plasterboard built entirely in your home. Ours is a manufactured modular system, so you are paying for design, factory build, integrated cabling, the finish and a fast install rather than for days of labour in your living room. If the number is above where you want to be, we will happily strip the specification back — fewer modules, simpler lighting, no smart devices — and show you what changes.
That is completely fine, and you do not have to talk to anyone. Send a photo of the wall and its rough width and we will come back with the layouts that would actually work in your room. If that is as far as it goes, no one will chase you.
Of course — it is usually a joint decision. The quote planner lets you CC up to four people, so you both get the same specification and the same price rather than a summary relayed second-hand.
Quite possibly, because it is a different method. A joiner builds on site over several days; we manufacture in advance and fit in hours. The fair comparison is the finished specification, the disruption and the finish — not the structure on its own.
Then we will not push. Tell us roughly when you are thinking, and we will get in touch once, near that time. In the meantime the planner saves your wall in your browser so nothing is lost.
FAQ
Enter the wall width in the planner. It subtracts a 100mm fitting margin and proposes symmetric layouts of 400 to 1000mm modules, flagging the recommended one. Any leftover width is finished with matching decorative boards.
In the 1000mm centre modules. A TV-only wall uses one centre module; TV and fire together use two. Side modules carry lit shelving, speakers and sockets.
Installation is an optional line priced by module count, from £280 including VAT for one module to £590 for six. Delivery is £165 ex VAT depending on distance. Both are shown separately so you can compare.
Yes. Choose a main finish for the centre and, optionally, a contrasting series for the side modules.
Six to eight weeks from receipt of a 50% deposit, with the balance payable before delivery to site.
Most solid and stud walls are suitable, but structural fixing, electrical capacity and clearances around a fire are confirmed at survey rather than assumed. If your wall turns out not to suit the system, we will tell you before you commit anything.
No. Many living room walls are simply a beautiful media wall on an ordinary light switch. We ask how you want to control the wall before suggesting a single device.
