In short
What are marble wall panels?
Marble wall panels are ready-finished boards with a marble effect face, fixed straight to a wall in place of stone or tiles. Ours are Carbon Rock Board: A1 fire rated, waterproof and wipe-clean, 2400mm high, at £232 a board ex VAT in every marble finish.

Where they work
Where marble wall panels work best.
TV and media walls
A marble wall behind the TV, with the joints set on the screen's centre line.
Fire surrounds
An A1 board belongs around an electric fire, where a plastic panel does not.
Bathrooms
Waterproof and wipe-clean, with no grout to clean or replace.
Hallways and stairs
A hard-wearing surface where walls get knocked, in a finish that lifts the space.
Kitchens and splashbacks
One wipe-clean sheet in place of tiles behind a worktop or dining table.
Hotels, bars and reception
A marble look across a large wall without the weight or cost of stone.
Are these real marble wall panels?
No. They are marble effect wall panels: a printed and coated marble face on a rigid Carbon Rock Board core. That makes them a fraction of the weight and cost of stone, A1 fire rated and cut with ordinary tools, where a real marble slab needs a stonemason.
How much do marble wall panels cost?
£232 a 1220 × 2400mm board ex VAT, under £80 per m², and the same for every marble finish. A wall 3.66m wide and 2.4m high takes three boards. We fit them in Glasgow and the Central Belt at £49 per m² ex VAT.
Which marble colours are there?
White and gold, black and gold, black and blue, grey and blue, mid grey and white, dark grey and black, emerald and gold, and a white marble vein, plus soft concrete grey and rock stone grey for a plainer stone look.
Can marble wall panels go in a bathroom?
Yes. The surface is waterproof and wipe-clean, and the core is stable in humid rooms, so a marble panel works on a bathroom wall with no grout lines to clean. For inside a shower enclosure, see our SPC waterproof panels.
Do marble wall panels look good behind a TV?
They are the finish we use most on TV and media walls. Plan the joints around the centre line of the screen so they look deliberate, and see three boards side by side on each finish page to judge how the veining runs.
Are marble wall panels fire rated?
Carbon Rock Board is A1, non-combustible to BS EN 13501-1, so it can go around an electric fire. Many cheaper marble effect panels are PVC, so check the certificate before you compare prices.
