Can my TV automatically switch to a camera feed when motion is detected?
Yes. With our Smart Wall integration, a motion or perimeter alert can trigger your TV to instantly show a live camera tile or full-screen feed. You can acknowledge, zoom, or switch cameras from the same remote or wall panel.
Can you integrate my existing cameras, or do I need new ones?
We can often integrate existing ONVIF-compatible cameras. During the survey, we confirm capabilities and recommend upgrades only where they add real value.
What if my broadband goes down — do I still have recording?
Yes. We recommend an on-premises NVR for continuous recording. When the internet returns, remote access and notifications resume automatically.
Is cloud required?
No. We favour an on-prem NVR for continuous recording, with optional secure cloud for off-site backup or remote access.
Do you support discreet cable management inside the wall?
Absolutely. Our modular Smart Wall routes power, data and HDMI inside the structure with service hatches and ventilation, keeping your room minimal while meeting heat and serviceability requirements.
Will the Smart Wall ventilation be enough for NVR heat?
Yes. Our cabinets include thermal design and service hatches. For higher camera counts, we add silent active ventilation.
Which controls are available for family members and staff?
You can use the TV remote, wall-mounted MixPad-style panels and mobile apps. We can set roles so children, guests or staff only see what they need.
How soon can it be installed?
After a site survey and design approval, residential installs typically complete within agreed project timelines. Multi-site commercial deployments are phased with minimal downtime.
Do you cover Scotland and the rest of the UK?
Yes. We serve Glasgow and nationwide projects with survey, design, installation and aftercare packages.
